FIELD: sanitary and hygienic means. SUBSTANCE: composition contains specified amounts of low-molecular peracid, peracid stabilizer, and corrosion inhibitor, peracid not being in equilibrium state. Composition is prepared by mixing two solutions, one of them including low-molecular peracid and the other corrosion inhibitor and peroxide and/or peracid stabilizer. Composition is made in the form of two modules: the first one contains first aqueous solution including lower alifatic peracid, and the second contains second aqueous solution including corrosion inhibitor and peroxide and/or peracid stabilizer.
