FIELD: pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: pharmaceutical composition consists of hydrophilic phase containing biologically active macromolecular material and hydrophobic phase containing chylomicrons or material producing chylomicrons in vivo. Hydrophilic phase is dispersed in hydrophobic one consisting of cholesterol, lecithin and lipophilic surface-active agent taken at the definite ratio of components depending on biologically active macromolecular material used. Method of composition preparing involves stirring biologically active macromolecular material in suitable hydrophilic solvent with hydrophilic phase containing surface-active agent at high ГЛБ index and addition of prepared an aqueous mixture to hydrophobic phase containing surface-active agent at low ГЛБ index followed by stirring.
