FIELD: satisfying peopleТs demand in clean drinking water. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has water source hydraulically communicating through pipeline with hot-water tank and with running- and drinking-water tank, each of them being provided with heating unit and cooling one, respectively. Cooling unit is built around thermoelectric module which is essentially Peltier element whose cold surface functions as cold generator.
