titleOfInvention Uninterrupted straight-line flow method of formation of multilayer packaging film
abstract FIELD: packaging of various products. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to uninterrupted straight-line flow method of formation of multilayer packaging film used to pack products that decompose and create undesirable degradation compositions. Method includes extrusion of layer of backing to carry packaging film. Then longitudinal orientation of layer of backing is conducted in direction of its movement. One side of extruded oriented layer of backing is covered by layer of liquid film that diminishes harmful effects of degradation compositions caused by decomposition of product. Later this layer of film is dried and layer of sealing compound ensuring separation of product in package from layer of film is extruded on it. After extrusion of layer of sealing compound process of stretching of dried packaging film covered with sealing compound is performed in broadening machine to achieve its complete orientation and to reduce thickness of covering layer of sealing compound in this way. Description gives list of materials used in the capacity of layers of backing, film and covering layer. Method may additionally include stage of extrusion of binding layer simultaneously with extrusion of backing, stage of covering of oriented layer of backing with polyvinyl alcohol that prevents penetration of oxygen, with acrylic material that stops odors and improves aroma, with material SARAN ® in the capacity of barrier to oxygen and moisture. Method may include in addition stage of covering of the other side of layer of backing with another layer of film after first layer has dried and drying of second layer of film on backing before extrusion of layer of sealing compound on it. EFFECT: manufacture of multilayer packaging film of less thickness that prolongs shelf life of food products containing oil. 11 cl, 6 dwg
