abstract |
FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves examining blood serum to determine callicrein activity, precallicrein contents and circulating immune complexes level. Callicrein activity being detected to exceed 30 MU/ml (normal value being 0-20 MU/ml) and precallicrein contents being below 290.0 MU/ml (normal value being 340 ± 20 MU/ml) and circulating immune complexes level being higher that 90 conditional units (norm being equal to 50 conditional units), possible exacerbation of the pathologic process is to be predicted. EFFECT: simplified method; enhanced effectiveness of prognosis. |
