FIELD: grouting mortars; may be used in drilling oil and gas wells. SUBSTANCE: grouting mortar has oil-well cement and plasticizer in the form of polyelectrolyte complex of resorcinol-formaldehyde oligomers and polyethylene-polyamine stabilized with formaldehyde.
