abstract FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: according to puncture biopsy method, sampling is performed with dosed sampling process interruption combined with beginning of needle removal from tissues. To this end, mandrin 3 is positioned in hollow 2 of tube 1 of puncture needle for its fixed longitudinal displacement. Mandrin 3 is made in the form of shaped flexible rod 4 with handle 5. The latter is located in recesses 8 and 12 of cannula 7 and positioner 10. Hole 13 with cutting edge 14 is made on side surface of tune 1. Cannula 7 is secured on tube 1. EFFECT: reduced traumatic consequences, reduced time of preoperative diagnostics, simplified tissue puncturing process. 3 cl, 4 dwg
