titleOfInvention Method of modelling immunodeficient state by neutrophil granulocyte system
abstract FIELD: experimental medicine, immunology. SUBSTANCE: cyclophosphamide is administrated to mice by intraperitoneal route at the dose 0.5 mg/kg body weight. Maximal depression of NEUTROPHIL granulocytes and their receptor and phagocytic functions are developed in 15 min. Complete inhibition of microbiocide systems of NEUTROPHIL granulocytes is evident in 60 min. Method ensures to make an adequate experimental model of immunodeficient state using system of NEUTROPHIL granulocytes. Method can be used in immunology for selection of optimal immunocorrecting agents of immunodeficient states at disturbance of NEUTROPHIL granulocyte system in experiment in vivo. EFFECT: improved method of modelling. 1 ex
