titleOfInvention | Method of assay of glycaemia level |
abstract | FIELD: medicine, endocrinology. SUBSTANCE: sweat glucose content is determined by using the high-specific chromogenic substrate for peroxidase. Correlation of sweat glucose concentration with glycaemia level ensures to estimate blood glucose content avoiding an invasive diagnosis method. Method involves stimulation of sweat secretion by cutaneous administration of drugs by ionophoresis method for 5-10 min followed by quantitative determination of glucose content in sweat secreted. The use of proposed chromogenic substrate ensures to enhance reaction mixture staining intensity, increase sensitivity of method and determine glucose concentration for 5 min. EFFECT: improved method of glucose analysis. |
