FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the construction of liposomal system that binds with biological fluid sample component using antibodies attached to liposome surface, and to method of analysis of biological fluid that contains antigens showing specificity for liposomal system antibodies. Method involves addition of system to the sample of the fluid to be analyzed followed by centrifugation of a mixture for gravimetric separation of the bound liposomes to obtain the distinct band and the quantitative determination of complex formed.
