abstract	FIELD: technical microbiology, biotechnology, ecology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of treatment using new strains of microorganism-destructors of petroleum products. These strains can grow at broad range of temperatures and pH values, at increased temperature and NaCl concentration, on media containing n-paraffins (broad fraction), diesel fuel, oil distillates, crude oil, mazut, oils, aromatic compounds as carbon source. Strains can be used for treatment of an aqueous surface (seas, oceans) from oil pollution. Biopreparations are obtained on the basis of strains of microorganism-destructors (microbe component) - Arthrobacter globiformis VKPM S-1551 or Rhodococcus erythropolis VKPM S-1550.
