abstract FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing aqueous-alcoholic liquid with sugar syrup and passing it through carbon layer for cleaning. After cleaning through a layer of activated carbon, vodka is filtered, and lactic and acetic acids are introduced in it with a part of diluted flavor "Black Currant" taken from its total quantity. Blending is aged, and at this stage, the rest part of flavor is mixed with vanilin, and prepared product is bottled. Prepared vodka has the following ratio of ingredients per 1000 dal: lactic acid, 0.2-0.4 l; acetic acid, 0.01-0.03 l; 65.8-% sugar syrup, 11-12 l; vanilin, 0.001-0.003 kg; flavor "Black Currant", 0.3-0.6 kg; aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance. EFFECT: broadened assortment of vodkas.
