abstract | FIELD: POROUS MATERIALS. SUBSTANCE: method includes formation of dispersion dispersed phase of which contains latex and collagen-containing leather-production waste subjected to alkali titration to pH 10-12. According to invention, dispersion obtained is cooled to 2-4 C, after which dispersion is frozen at temperature sufficient to structure the dispersion, which is simultaneously saturated by air, average concentration of dispersed phase being changed no more than by 2% all over the suspension. A specified form is then imparted to structured dispersion and is frozen to its complete solidification. After unfreezing and drying, properly shaped final product is obtained exhibiting rupture strength up to 0.25 MPa and elongation 150%. EFFECT: improved procedure. 6 cl |
