titleOfInvention Complex substituted imidazole compounds having antidote and antihypoxanthic activities
abstract FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: present invention describes novel compounds, namely 1-vinyl- and 1-ethylimidazole complexes with zinc and cobalt salts of organic and inorganic acids of general formula: wherein R is C 2 H 3 , or C 2 H 5 ; A is Zn(CH 3 COO) 2 ,, Zn(CH 2 COO) 2 ,, Zn(C 6 H 6 O 6 ) or CoCl 2 . Said compounds have ANTIDOTE and antihypoxanthic activities. Bis (1-vinylimidazole) zinc ascorbate improves survival rate of experimental animals when carbon monoxide has acute effect of up to 67%. 1- ethyl imidazole-zinc succinate complex has high protecting activity against acute effect of nitrogen dioxide, reduces the number of experimental animals died of toxic emphysema and increases survival rate up to 75%. 1-ethyl imidazole-zinc acetate complex shows highest protection activity in case of acute hypobaric hypoxia, prolongs survival rate of experimental animals. EFFECT: synthesis of complex substituted imidazole compounds. 5 cl, 7 ex, 3 tbl
