FIELD: technical microbiology, ecology. SUBSTANCE: consortium of strains of microorganism-destructors Alcaligenes denitrificans, Bacillus species, Pseudomonas putida and Aeromonas species is isolated from soil polluted with petroleum products of littoral ecosystem of South part of Far East. They are natural associations of oil-oxidizing microorganisms. Oxidizing capability of consortium is 1 981 mg CO 2 for 30 days. Strains of consortium microorganisms can grow on depleted nutrient medium and oxidize oil and petroleum products at high rate. EFFECT: enhanced oxidizing effectiveness of consortium indicated above. |
