titleOfInvention Method for treating cosmetic defects of face skin
abstract FIELD: medicine, in particular, corrective dermatology; may be used for correction of various cosmetic defects of face skin. SUBSTANCE: cosmetic means applied on skin for 30-36 h has the following composition, mas.%: phenol, 30-48; unsaturated higher fatty acids, 0.5-2.5; vegetable oils, 5-10; dexapantenol, 0.025-0.15; water, the balance. After removal of means, medical agent is applied to skin. It ensures conversion of liquefactive necrosis into coagulation one. Skin is softened with fat-containing ointment. Necrotized layer of skin is removed together with cotton wool mask. Then skin is treated by ointment with zinc oxide for 6-8 days. During the following two months sun-protective and nourishing creams are applied on face skin. Powder with iodine thymol may be used for conversion of liquefactive necrosis into coagulation one. Cream containing silver may be additionally applied on eyelid skin after removal of phenol-containing agent.
