abstract |
FIELD: hydrometallurgy. SUBSTANCE: persistent raw material matrix is disintegrated and placed into sealed vessel containing solution of halide acids, nitrous acid, and complexing agents for rare metals. Into the vessel from outside, oxygen is supplied, and process is carried out at a specified pH value, pressure, and oxidants reduction half-wave potential for a period of time chosen from opening matrix conditions to provide maximum oxidation and recovery of metals from matrix and formation of mother solution containing dissolved rare metal complexes and oxides.
