abstract | FIELD: chemistry of complex compounds; production of pharmaceutical compositions. SUBSTANCE: derivatives of cyclodextrine have formula where n=4,5,6, each of R 1 -R 9 is independently O - or O-(C 2-6 -alkylene)--SO - 3 and at least one of R 1 and R 2 is independently mentioned above O-(C 2-6 -alkylene)-SO - 3 group and S 1 -S 9 independently are pharmaceutically acceptable cations. Said derivatives comprise C 2-6 -sulfoalkyl groups, their quantity being from 1 to (3n+6) per each molecule of cyclodextrine; content of underivated cyclodextrine being more than 5 mass % and less than 50 mass %. Clatrate complex of cyclodextrine with medicinal and pharmaceutical composition on its base are also proposed. Said composition may be used orally.
