titleOfInvention | Method to conduct immunological express diagnostics of toxic types of diphtheritic infections |
abstract | FIELD: medicine, immunology, diagnostics. SUBSTANCE: diagnostics is conducted by registering the results of agglutination reaction of carrier particles suspension sensitized by diphtheritic antitoxin together with a material tested for the presence of diphtheritic toxin. Blood serum is used as a tested material. Monodispersible latex at 0.7-1.9 mcm size of particles was used as dispersion of carrier particles. Agglutination reaction is applied in a drop upon a slide. Registration of results is conducted in 3-10 minutes after mixing reagents and in an hour after material sampling to make analysis either for the presence or absence of agglutinates observed visually. In case of positive results of reaction it is possible to state upon a toxic type of diphtheritic infection. EFFECT: higher efficiency and informativity of the method to provide prediction just in an hour after blood sampling for further analysis. 2 tbl |
