titleOfInvention | Anisotropic solution based on aromatic copolyamides and formed articles from this solution |
abstract | FIELD: polymers. SUBSTANCE: high-strength high-module fibers and threads that are used for plastics reinforcement, in rubber-technical articles, heat-insulating and protective materials are obtained from anisotropic solution based on aromatic copolyamide containing aromatic copolyamide of the formula given in description where m = 0.95-0.75; n = 0.05-0.25 where X - H or Cl; Y - Cl, at logarithmic viscosity 2.96-6.08 dl/g and sulfuric acid (concentration is 98.0-99.8%). Copolyamide concentration in solution is 11-20 wt. -%. Formed articles exhibit the following properties: linear density is 29.8-33.4 tex, not less; oxygen index is 33-46; rupture strength is 35 sN/tex, not less; rupture elongation is 3.2-15%; initial elasticity module is 3250 kgf/mm 2 and thermic stability is 90-118%. EFFECT: improved quality and properties of product. 2 cl, 2 tbl |
