titleOfInvention Method for production of zinc-nitrate-phosphate concentrate
abstract FIELD: production of phosphating concentrates which are used in automobile building and machine building industries for applying phosphate layer before paint and varnish materials are applied, before processes of cold deformation takes place; production of protective anticorrosion layer. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing and treatment of zinc-containing raw materials with phosphate- and nitrate-containing reagents. Zinc monophosphate in which ratio of Zn, P 2 O 5 and H 2 O is (0.85-1.0):(5.75-7.67):(1.33-3.4) being used as said phosphate-containing reagent. Zinc nitrate in which ratio of Zn, NO 3 and H 2 O is (0.75-1.25):(4.1-4.81):(3.94-5.15) being used as said nitrate-containing reagent. EFFECT: decreased duration of the process and temperature of the process; improved operation conditions, expanded variety of raw materials. 3 cl
