FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: for preparing 1000 dal of special vodka "Armu" of 40% vol are used: protein hydrolysate of squid, 0.1-0.3 kg; sugar, 10.0-30.0 kg; potable water of artesian well, 100.0-200.0 l. The latter has pH 8.2 and total hardness not more 2.2 mg.equi/l. It also contains, mg/l: chlorides, not more 9.5; iron, not more 0.14; manganese, not more 0.001; copper, not more 0.005; lead, not more 0.001; strontium, not more 0.06; and zinc, not more 0.3; food alcohol, the balance. EFFECT: broadened assortment of vodkas. |
