titleOfInvention Porous polymer material and method for its production
abstract FIELD: production of porous polymer material being used as heat- and sound insulation material. SUBSTANCE: method involves freezing of polymer dispersion in which ratio of dispersion phase and dispersion medium being not affected by crystallization being 3-11:1, respectively. Thus treated dispersion system is allowed to stand at temperature and within period being sufficient for phase transformation, the process is followed by defrosting. Polymer dispersion which comprises liquid crystallizable dispersion phase and polymer phase having power at temperatures being lower than initial point of melting of dispersion medium crystals is used. Porous polymer material comprises liquid being inserted into macro- and micropores, said liquid preferably comprises water. EFFECT: improved quality of desired product, improved efficiency of the method. 16 cl, 1 tbl, 5 dwg
