abstract |
FIELD: technology of high-molecular compounds. SUBSTANCE: method involves polymerization of butadiene in hydrocarbon solvent by catalyst based on rare-earth elements. Polymerization mixture is fed preliminarily in multibottom tubular reactor supplied with diffusers and confusers at the rate turbulent flow from 0.5 to 10 m/s followed by feeding a mixture in polymerizating device. Method provides synthesis of cis-1,4-polybutadiene at narrow molecular-mass distribution value, decreased plasticity and absence of gel-fraction. EFFECT: improved method of synthesis, improved quality of product, decreased catalyst consumption. 1 tbl |
