FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves providing single spraying of vegetative plants at tillering phase with aqueous solution of Silk preparation with concentration of 50-100 mg/l at spray rate of 20-40 g/hectare. Method may be also used for presowing treatment of rice seeds with aqueous solution of Silk preparation with concentration of 5-10 mg/l at flow rate of working solution 250 l/ton of seeds (conforming to preparation dose of 1.25-2.5 g/ton of seeds).
