abstract |
FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: perfluorane is introduced once into patient's body but preliminary estimation of macro- and microdynamics nature of lower limbs should be conducted. At occlusion of main vessels perfluorane is injected intravenously at the dose of 200 ml. At occlusion of peripheral vessels perfluorane is preoxygenized for 5 minutes by gaseous oxygen to be injected into femoral artery of injured limb by punctures with the help of automatic batcher for medicinal substances. At infringed rheological blood properties anticoagulants or angioprotectors are additionally introduced. Method enables to decrease ischemic manifestations in a limb, demarcation area is developed at purulent-necrotic lesion of distal sections of a foot that creates ideal conditions for possible reconstructive interference upon vessels and favors to prevent pathological effect of ischemized limb inclusion into blood flow.
