FIELD: preparation of biologically active substances. SUBSTANCE: compounds of invention have general formula where R 1 and R 2 , the same or different, are hydrogen, C 1 -C 6 -alkyl, (C 1 -C 4 )-alkoxyl, amino, aminomethyl, carboxyl, C 1 -C 4 -alkoxycarbonyl, cyano, tetrazolyl, methyltetrazolyl, methylsulfonylamino, trifluoromethylsulfonylamino, trifluoromethylsulfonylaminomethyl, N-cyanoacetamido, N- hydroxyacetamido, N-(4-carboxy-1,3-thizol-2-yl)acetamido, ureido, 2- cyanoguanidinocarbonyl, or 2-cyanoguanidinomethyl, provided that at least one R 1 or R 2 is not hydrogen; R 3 is hydrogen, C 1 -C 6 -alkyl that may be substituted by one or more halogen atoms, C 2 -C 6 -alkenyl, C 3 -C 7 - cycloalkyl, phenyl, phenyl-C 1 -C 3 -alkyl, phenyl-C 2 -C 3 -alkenyl (indicated phenyl groups being optionally substituted by one ore more halogen atoms), C 1 -C 4 -alkyl, halo-C 1 -C 4 -alkyl, polyhalo-C 1 -C 4 -alkyl, hydroxyl, or C 1 -C 4 -alkoxyl; R 4 is C 1 -C 4 -alkyl optionally substituted by one or more halogen atoms; R 5 -cycloalkyl or C 3 -C 7 -cycloalkylmethyl optionally substituted by one or more halogen atoms; each of R 4 and R 5 groups may also be cyclopropyl; X is oxygen or sulfur; z= t=0 or one of them is 0 and other 1.
