abstract FIELD: production of synthetic paintwork material in chemical and petrochemical industries. SUBSTANCE: oligopiperylene is produced in reactor, degasifiers, condensers and mixers by supplying reaction mixture and subsequent degassing of residual hydrocarbons with steam. For solving of the task, additionally installed are apparatuses of continuous action, outlet flows from degasifiers are separated into gas and liquid phases, and unreacted hydrocarbons are returned through recycled lines to reactor and degasifier to reduce losses of hydrocarbons and steam consumption for degassing.
