titleOfInvention | Method of removing petroleum and petroleum products from water and earth surface |
abstract | FIELD: removal of oil spills. SUBSTANCE: as sorbent, hydrolysis lignin enriched with microorganisms-oil destroyers is used being reprocessed into neutral mixture by composting with fowl dung. Mixture is dried to air-dry state and crushed, after which it is placed onto oil-polluted surface at sorbent to oil ratio 1:(3-5) at ambient temperature not below 5 C. When thickness of oil film on water surface exceeds 1 mm, sorbed oil is collected and transported to dumps to be destroyed on the ground. With thinner oil films, sorbent is left on the water surface to allow oil to be destroyed on site. EFFECT: simplified cleaning procedure. 2 cl, 3 tbl |
