FIELD: pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: method is designed for preparing medicinal formula of antitumor antibiotic ruboxyl. Method involves addition of an alkaline agent to ruboxyl an aqueous solution, filtration under vacuum and pouring in vials followed by freezing to (-50)-(-30) C and keeping at this temperature for 1-1.5 h. Drying is carried out without heating and at heating at the rate 5 C/h, not above, to 20-25 C, kept at this temperature 2-6 h, not less. Alkaline agent used: 2-% solution of NaOH added to pH 7.0-8.0 to ruboxyl solution. EFFECT: improved method of preparing. 3 cl, 1 tbl |
