titleOfInvention | Method of producing protein food addition from wool industry waste |
abstract | FIELD: food production. SUBSTANCE: method involves hydrolysis of keratin-containing raw with 1% sodium hydroxide solution at ratio to raw mass 1: 4 at 120 ± 5 C, under pressure 0.2 MPa for 1.5-5.5 h, neutralization by hydrolysate stirring with 35-40% phosphoric acid solution at 90 C and pH 7.6, filtration of hydrolysate and drying. Before hydrolysis metallomagnetic impurities are removed from raw and treated with 33% hydrogen peroxide solution taken in the amount of 2% of raw mass. The prepared food addition can be fed to agriculture animals and poultry. EFFECT: improved method of producing. |
