titleOfInvention Method of preparing the biologically active polypeptide complex normalizing brain functions from animal raw, pharmacological composition and its using
abstract FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: brain tissue is frozen at -40 C, milled, extracted with acetic acid solution containing zinc chloride at 10-15 C for 30-48 h and treated with suton. Supernatant is dried and obtained powder is dissolved in distilled water, pH 5.5-6.5, at 18-22 C and substances of molecular mass above 15000 Da were removed. The obtained pharmacological agent has the end product as a complex of biologically active polypeptides (molecular mass is 500-15000 Da, isolectric point is 3.5-9.5) is proposed to use in medicine for brain functions normalization. Agent eliminates anticonvulsive activity syndrome and recoveries disturbed reflector brain activity and can be administrated to patient at therapeutically effective doses. EFFECT: improved method of preparing, enhanced effectiveness of agent. 5 cl, 5 tbl
