titleOfInvention Method for producing 2-alkyl substituted 1,3-dienes
abstract FIELD: petrochemistry, namely, origin materials for production of aromatic principles, attractants, polymer materials, paints, varnish and other. SUBSTANCE: 2-alkyl substituted 1,3-dienes have common formula where R is C 4 H 9 , C 6 H 13 , C 9 H 19 are prepared by consequent mixing of solution of triethylene aluminium in aliphatic solvents Cp 2 Z 1 -Cl 2 and with α-olefin, their molar ratio being (10-12):(0.2-0.4):10. The process is followed by mixing at room temperature within 8 h, then at temperature about (-5) C catalyst is added. Said catalyst is prepared by mixing Ni(acai) 2 , Ph 3 P and i-Bu 2 AkH followed by adding allyl acetate at their molar ratio (0.3-0.5): (1.2-2.0):(2.4-4.0):(30-36) respectively, the process takes place in aliphatic solvents by mixing of reaction mixture at room temperature within 8-12 h. Yield of 2-alkyl substituted 1,3-dienes is 60-84 %. EFFECT: improved quality of desired product. 1 tbl
