Method for detecting or quantitatively determining analysis in a sample |
abstract |
FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves immobilizing analyte-depending enzymatic activating system with catalyzable sedimentation of reporter by means of conjugate activation composed of detectable marked substratum specific for the given enzymatic system. The mentioned conjugate interacts with the analyte-depending enzymatic activating system producing activated conjugate that sediments later. Wherever activated conjugate receptor is immobilized, the mentioned receptor does not react with the analyte-depending enzymatic activating system. Another version of the method is based on utilizing reporter sedimentation to amplify reporter signal. EFFECT: enhanced performance characteristics. 19 cl, 7 dwg, 2 tbl |
