FIELD: chemistry of heterocyclic compounds; pharmacology. SUBSTANCE: branched alkylamino derivatives of thiazole have formula I given in specification where R 1 is naphthyl or radical having formula A 1 , where X,Y,Z are hydrogen, halogen, C 1 -C 5 -alkoxy, C 1 -C 5 -alkyl, hydroxy, nitro or trifluoromethyl; R 2 is hydrogen, halogen, C 1 -C 5 -alkyl, hydroxymethyl or formyl; R 3 is C 1 -C 5 -alkyl, C 3 -C 8 -cycloalkyl, C 2 -C 6 -alkenyl, C 4 -C 8 -cycloalkyl alkyl or phenyl; R 4 is hydrogen; R 5 is C 1 -C 5 -alkyl, C 3 -C 8 -cycloalkyl being optionally substituted by C 1 -C 5 -alkyl, C 4 -C 8 -cycloalkyl alkyl, C 2 -C 6 -alkenyl or radical having formula B where p=0,1,2 or 3; R 6 is optionally substituted phenyl, pyridyl, imidazolyl or C 3 -C 8 -cycloalkyl, or thienyl; m, n is 0 or 1. Alkylamino derivatives of thiazole having formula IV where R 1 is phenyl which is optionally substituted by halogens, is C 1 -C 5 -alkyl, R 5 is C 1 -C 5 alkyl or C 3 -C 8 -cycloalkyl, is phenyl or pyridyl are used as intermediates for synthesis compounds with formula I. EFFECT: improved quality of product; improved efficiency of the method. |
