abstract |
FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves washing preparation and then fixing it in 1.5-3% sulfocalycilic acid solution during 1-2 hours, dying with Schiff reagent in darkness at 3-4 C during 6-12 h depending on thickness and nature of the object, rinsing in 2/3 portion of sulfide water and putting into pure glycerol. EFFECT: wide range of applications in studying structure, form and sizes of lymphoid nodules. 2 dwg |
