FIELD: dairy industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing in milk the sorbent based on cleaned modified lignin in amount of 0.3-0.6 mas.%, mixing and ageing for 20-40 min. Mixture is separated, sorbent is isolated, and salts-stabilizers are introduced in cleaned milk in amount of 0.015-0.025 mas.% and aged for 40-60 min. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 tbl |
