abstract FIELD: medicine, food industry, veterinary science. SUBSTANCE: bacterium strain Bifidobacterium adolescents is cultured on nutrient medium containing dextrin-maltose, agar, corn extract, milk hydrolyzate, bicarbonate buffer, pH = 6.5-6.9, and defatted milk. Sowing dose of bacterial culture is 3-5 vol. % at titer $$$ cells/ml. Ready concentrate of bifidum-containing product has titer 1.0 x $$$ cells/ml, not less, and acidity up to 40-80 degrees T.
