abstract FIELD: insulating materials. SUBSTANCE: method involves preliminary mixing and thorough stirring at 50 C the following components, mas. p. p.: product of condensation of tetrabromodiphenylolpropane with epichlorohydrin melted at temperature C 15-25; epoxy diane resin 35-45; product of condensation of dicarboxylic oligodiethylene glycol sebacate with epoxy diane resin 15-25; product of epichlorohydrin dehydrochlorination with water 15-25; finely dispersed aluminium hydroxide 30-54 and preparing the first component; isomethyltetrahydrophthalic anhydride 35-55 is mixed with 2,4,6-tris-(dimethylaminomethyl)-phenol 0.05-0.25 and the second component is obtained. Then the first component is mixed with the second component taken at stoichiometric amount. The obtained compound is used for making members working at (-60)-(+105) C.
