titleOfInvention | Method for manufacture of foamed-gypsum articles, composition for manufacture of foamed-gypsum articles |
abstract | FIELD: manufacture of heat-insulating wallboards from foamed gypsum in construction. SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of foam in foam generator from mixture of surfactant, water and thickening agent. The latter is preliminarily mixed with polymer binding agent. Additives are introduced into foam generator in the form of hardener of polymer binding agent and gypsum hardening accelerator. Foam is beaten-up to attain foam extension ratio 8-9, stabilized with mixture of polymer binding agent with thickener, mixed with gypsum and directed for article molding in molds, preliminarily coated with separating water-repellent lubricant. Articles are subjected to two-stage drying. At the first stage temperature of heat carrier is raised up to 60-80 C for 4 h, and article is held at this temperature for 6-8 h. At the second stage, temperature of heat carrier is raised during 3 h up to 80-100 C and article is held at this temperature for 4-6 h. Average article density equals to 215 kg/cu. m; compression strength, 1.75 MPa; sorption humidification for 72 h, 0.0715%; heat conduction, 0.0705 M/m x K; noncombustible; concentration of formaldehyde in 60 days, none. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 6 cl, 1 tbl |
