FIELD: medicine, medicinal biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing liposomal variants of antibiotics where dimethylsulfoxide is added. Liposomes were prepared on the base of liquid glycerides from the seal subcutaneous fat that promotes the enhanced bioavailability of incapsulated antibiotic in the presence of the strong penetrating agent - dimethylsulfoxide.
