abstract FIELD: stomatology; medicinal agent for prophylaxis and treatment of inflammatory diseases of parodontium tissues and, simultaneously, for prophylaxis of caries. SUBSTANCE: proposed preparation comprises perfluorocarbons in form of emulsion and free fluorine ions liberated in process of emulsifying perfluorocarbons from incompletely fluorinated compounds associated with perfluorocarbons and/or from perfluorocarbons having unsaturated double bonds. Proposed method involves emulsifying process taking place at energy inputs sufficient to cleave-off fluorine ions from incompletely fluorinated compounds associated with perfluorocarbons and/or from perfluorocarbons having unsaturated double bonds. EFFECT: advantage of proposed preparation resides in its versatility, since it is effective for prophylaxis and treatment of inflammatory diseases of parodontium tissues, while, simultaneously, preventing development of caries. 14 cl, 5 tbl
