abstract FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out hypoxic procedure combined with chemiluminescence of blood neutrophils both Luminal-dependent and induced by opsonized Zymozan. Blood neutrophils chemiluminescence characteristics are determined and blood neutrophils chemiluminescence characteristics ratios are calculated before and after the first hypoxic procedure. The value being greater than 0.9 or less than 0.6, positive or negative therapeutic effectiveness at the end of medical treatment is predicted, respectively.
