abstract FIELD: medicine, oncology. SUBSTANCE: method involves the use of N1-methyl-6-pyridone-3-carboxamide (6-pyridone) as a medicinal preparation. Preparation is dosed by 0.35-0.50 mg/kg, 1 h before meal, 3 times per a day for 1.5-2.5 months. Drug is synthesized by chemical method. Preparation recoveries tryptophan metabolism by kinurenine type, normalizes immune system and shows stable remission. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
