FIELD: fish industry; in particular, preparation of albuminous fodder additive from hydrobionts for fur farming. SUBSTANCE: prepared product is by-product (deposit) of processing mussel hydrolyzate and characterized by the following parameters: melanoidine content, 3-15 mas.%; antioxidant activity is 38-96 nmole J/g min; content of dry substances, 45-60 mas.%; content of unsaturated fat acids is 30-50% from sum of fat acids; lipid, 10-15 mas. %; crude protein, 10-12 mas.%.
