titleOfInvention Method of antiinflammatory ointment preparing
abstract FIELD: veterinary science, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing industrial oil with bioactive substances: pine galipot, beeswax or unrefined beeswax and chalk. Mixing is carried out in reactor at 100-105 C. Industrial oil is added to mixture by portions at temperature 85-80 C in reactor. The obtained mixture is filtered off for 10-15 min, then chalk is added, stirred in reactor for 30-40 min, cooled with water to 30 C. Components were taken at the following ratio, %: pine galipot 19-21; beeswax or unrefined beeswax 16.8-17.5; chalk 10.5-12.0, and fatty base (industrial oil) - the rest. Pine galipot is subjected for mechanical cleansing and heated to 60 C before its addition. The prepared ointment is used for treatment of mastitis, burns, eczema and tissue damage.
