SUBSTANCE: invention relates to imidazole-containing compounds of the general formula: , namely - histidine methyl ester dihydrochloride and lauroylhistamine that inhibit cathepsin G-induced aggregation of platelets. The proposed inhibitors can be used as reagents for homeostasis control and as pharmacological agents for thromb formation prevention, especially, at infectious and inflammatory illnesses.
