Method of producing microcapsule from bacteria in fatty acid and a microcapsule containing lyophilized bacterial culture |
abstract |
FIELD: food production. SUBSTANCE: method involves stages of preparing the lyophilized bacterial biomass dispersion in fatty acid melt and realization of biomass microcapsulation in melt. Microcapsulation stage is carried out by preparing the lyophilized biomass dispersion in C 12 -C 24 -fatty acid melt at 40-75 C at ratio fatty acid 50-90 wt.-% followed by feeding the prepared mixture on incapsulator rotating disk working at the range 2000-4000 rev/min at the rate of mixture feeding 50-200 g/min. Stearic acid is used preferably as fatty acid and the indicated bacteria were taken from species Enterococcus faecium. Invention relates to microcapsule that contains the lyophilized bacterial culture incapsulated in fatty acid also. EFFECT: improved method of microcapsule producing. 8 cl, 3 dwg , 1 tbl |
