abstract | FIELD: methods for production of high-melting dyes, particularly, dyes on the base of metal aurum which are used for dyeing of porcelain and faience articles. SUBSTANCE: method involves production of sulfurous balsam comprising removement of reaction products and distillation of solution; production of chloride-ammonium salts of aurum; production of organic compound of gold followed by its dissolution; production of chromium resinate, bismuth resinate and rhodium resinate followed by their adding into preparation and production of aurum preparation having 12 % concentration which takes place by adding solvents. Distillation of solution of sulfurous balsam is carried out within 6-7 h till concentration of distillate is 15-23 %. Solvents comprise, mas. %: colophony, 22.50-25.50; turpentine, 24.40-26.50; nitrobenzene, 5.80-10.82; chloroform, 41.50-42.50. Desired preparation comprises, mas. %: rhodium, 0.04-0.06; chromium oxide, 0.045-0.065; bismuth oxide, 0.52-0.60. Concentration of aurum in preparation is 63-68 %, yield of preparation is 94.2-96 mass %, viscosity of preparation is 56.5-61 s. EFFECT: increased concentration and yield of preparation. |
