abstract FIELD: medicine, endocrinology, gynecology. SUBSTANCE: state of pituitary-aderenal system is estimated by determination of cortizol, somatotropin and aldosterone concentrations. Normal state of pituitary-adrenal system is estimated at combination of high level of cortizol concentration (667.5 ± 10.05 nM) with increased somatotropin concentration (5.67 ± 1.10 ng/ml) and aldosterone content (142.61 ± 10.64 pg/ml) and also at combination of low or median cortizol level with low or median somatotropin and aldosterone content. Other concentrations of cortizol, somatotropin and aldosterone indicate the deviation of pituitary-adrenal system state from norm. Method can be used in therapy, surgery also for detection of persons with risk factors. EFFECT: improved method of estimation. 2 tbl
